Jessica Simpson, everyone's favorite faux spokeswoman for Chicken of the Sea tuna, turned 29 on Friday. She took to her Twitter account to tell everyone the fun details:

Jessica Simpson was born in Abilene, Texas on July 10, 1980. She is the daughter of Joe and Tina, and has one sister, Ashlee. She started singing as a young girl at her local Baptist church, and always dreamed of making it big. Although she tried out for the Mickey Mouse Club and didn't make it, Jessica pushed on. She was finally signed to Columbia Records by Tommy Mottola and had a hit single ("I Wanna Love You Forever") in 2000.
